Quality:  The most frequently asked question is always with regard to quality control.  When designing our system we wanted to be sure we built enough flexibility into our QC process permitting us to change the parameters based on our client’s needs.  We quality control review every appraisal through a hybrid of automation and highly trained staff of licensed and certified appraisers to insure compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA and other industry guidelines.
