To join our network of experienced appraisers please submit the following in an email to join@myaxios.com :

  1. Copy of your current license/certification from your state
  2. Copy of your Errors & Omissions Insurance
  3. Resume with 3 references
  4. W-9 form
  5. Sample appraisal (1004 full appraisal – preferably an FHA appraisal or complex property assignment)
  6. Indicate date you began appraising real estate or date first licensed
  7. State why you would like to join our network

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your information to be processed.  We will review your documentation to determine if you qualify to be added to our panel of appraisers.
